Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Hospital South is a full-service 180-bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety.

• Under supervision of the director, the lead tech will provide oversight for the Central Monitoring unit.
• Responsible for ensuring standards/policies and procedures are current and in compliance with DNV standards/regulations.
• Oversees organizational duties of the department including staff schedule, new employee dept orientation, coordinating staff in-service education and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must obtain and maintain a current certification in BLS CPR.
• Must maintain any other requirements for each specific department.
• Must complete required departmental competencies and maintain through annual review.

Job Preferred Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a monitor tech preferred.
