Sr. Compensation Analyst

Excelitas is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team in our Corporate Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for administering compensation programs, analyzing compensation data and ensuring compliance with federal and local compensation rules and regulations. You will work closely with HR Leadership and management across the organization to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable and aligned with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation;
  • Experience with base, incentive and executive compensation;
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations;
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred;
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors compensation modules and UltiPro preferred.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Compensation Analysis & Market Benchmarking - Conduct thorough compensation analysis, including benchmarking and completing salary surveys;
  • Job Evaluation and Classification - Support job evaluation process working to define levels and alignment within the compensation structure;
  • Compensation Program Administration - Administer compensation programs such as base pay, incentive plans, merit increases and bonuses;
  • Collaboration & Consultation - Partner with HR Business Partners and Managers to provide compensation guidance for new hires, promotions, internal transfers and organization changes;
  • Reporting - Reporting on compensation metrics and trends;
  • Audits - Conduct compensation pay equity audits;
  • Process Improvement & Recommendations - Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
