Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, with the highest priority focusing on our Sales Department's bonus & commission structure. This position will also support departments throughout the company as needed, producing monthly reports and providing general support to managers.

Primary Duties:



  1. Support the sales department, sales managers and other managers throughout the company.
  2. Provide payroll with monthly and quarterly sales commissions and bonuses.
  3. Produce monthly sales reports.
  4. Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
  5. Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  6. Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  7. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  8. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  9. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
  10. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
  11. Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
  12. Act as back-up to the Executive Assistant.
  13. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to company executives.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times especially when representing Inpro.


Skills & Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 to 5 years of clerical/administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn new or updated software.


Job Relationships:



  • Reports directly to the Senior Executive Assistant
  • Works effectively with all levels of management, general office staff and plant operations
  • Acts as a liaison with all departments as well as external entities
