Senior Global Controller We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed manufacturing company based in Gwinnett County, Georgia, to find a dynamic and experienced Senior Global Controller. The company is on a rapid trajectory, with annual revenues between $200-300M, and offers an exciting opportunity to shape best-in-class financial processes as the company continues to grow through acquisitions. The Senior Global Controller will be a key leader within the finance team, responsible for overseeing a global accounting staff of 7-10 professionals. The role will focus on stabilizing and optimizing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and preparing the company for scalable, high-growth operations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in accounting leadership, process improvements, and systems enhancements, while also maintaining a strong operational focus across multiple regions. Scope: Lead, manage, and mentor a global team of 7-10 accounting professionals across multiple regions. Ensure GAAP compliance, accounting accuracy, and timely financial reporting. Drive improvements in accounting processes and internal controls, aligning with industry best practices. Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other critical accounting functions. Oversee audit readiness and work directly with external auditors. Lead M&A integrations from an accounting perspective, ensuring smooth transitions and process optimizations. Drive system improvements, particularly with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. Requirements: CPA or CMA designation 11-13+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles. Prior experience working in a high-growth, private equity-backed company. Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Proven ability to develop and optimize efficient accounting processes. Previous experience with external audits and working closely with audit teams. Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred. Public accounting experience is a plus. Location: We are seeking local, Atlanta-based candidates for this role.
