Payroll Specialist Waukesha, WI The Payroll Specialist is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll. This role involves managing various aspects of the weekly payroll process, from timecard management to compliance, making it essential for maintaining efficient payroll operations across the organization. The specialist engages in a blend of timecard reviewing, payroll report analyses, hours and rate edits, payroll processing, and compliance documentation throughout the week, with a specific focus on data analysis, employee inquiries, and report verification towards the end of the week to ensure smooth payroll closure.
