Description

Our Foundation:

At Findorff, we bring expertise and value in construction that extends far beyond building. For over 134 years, we have grown to become one of the region's most trusted construction firms. Our staff help shape communities through a commitment to quality and relationships.

The Preconstruction Co-op is an entry level position and a great way to gain exposure and knowledge in the construction industry. You'll be working with our Preconstruction department to gain experience from project start to close. We're a supportive and collaborative group, and we want to help fill your toolbox with hands-on learning experiences.

Come join Findorff as a Preconstruction Co-op this Summer/Fall (June 2025 - December 2025) or Spring/Summer (January 2026 - August 2026)
