JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting the SCADA (Ignition) and MES (Sepasoft) applications for Spartanburg NGDV assembly.
* Support both SCADA/MES enhancements and daily Production system uptime.
* Execute SCADA/MES development and configuration needs
* Conduct SCADA/MES operator training
* Provide on-hands Production support for SCADA/MES system to ensure it is online
* Collaborate with internal/external personnel in the design, development, and implementation of integration enhancements with PLCs, JDE, and other systems
* Support the development of functional specifications, test cases, and design documentation
* Support the development of controls standards for NGDV
* Analyze system performance and suggest or make improvements, where applicable
* Oversee protection of SCADA/MES environment and ensures data security and integrity by helping establish operational guidelines including privacy, security, editing, validating and restart/recovery controls
* Develop and modify SCADA/MES Systems, including Tag Database generation, report development, computer setup and configuration
* Assistance in the deployment of technology other than SCADA/MES will also be expected

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
* 2+ years related experience
* Development and support experience with Ignition and Sepasoft
* Working knowledge of Rockwell PLCs or Siemens PLCs, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols
* Experience with Python, Java, C, C+, C++, Visual Basic, SQL. etc.
* Proficient with Windows Servers
* Development, documentation, process flows, manage multiple tasks, ITSM, troubleshooting, configuration skills
* Written and verbal communication, customer service, stakeholder alignment, relationship building skills
