Title: Customer Support Specialist Location: Irving TX, 75063 Duration: 12 Months Shift Timings: 8am-5pm Mon - Fri Salary: $18-22/hr. on W2 without benefits Hybrid Position: 2 days on site are required - Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Job Description: This is a Customer Support position. The selected performer must have SAP/S4 experience and a great customer service profile. The successful selectee will learn tools such as Oasis for external suppliers and ServiceNow for internal inquiries. Working knowledge of Microsoft products is a must. Working knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is a plus. The successful selectee will also have the opportunity to engage in new innovative tools that will deploy this year.
