Infantry Role Player

11-13 FEB & 17-21 FEB Summary:
Personnel Training Support. This position will provide demonstration support for new equipment. The individual should have an understanding of Infantry Movement Techniques (IMT) as well as the ability to conduct these techniques in a simulated environment.
Job Duties:
- Conduct simulated combat infantry scenarios to demonstrate the value of new equipment to a research group.
- Conduct physical activities to support scenarios through IMT force on force scenarios.
- Provide support for the setup and teardown of the scenarios.
Basic Qualifications:
- Understand the exercise scenario and draw from operational experiences to provide training audience with a wide variety of responses based on exercise objectives.
- Written/Oral proficiency in the English language to provide training audience feedback to the scenarios.
- Must meet current height and weight standards for the US Army or USMC.
- Must be prior infantry MOS from either the US Army or USMC.

Field environment located in Orlando FL. Applicant must be able to perform basic infantry maneuvers and respond appropriately to given commands to execute squad-based tactics. Must be familiar proper weapons handling and capable of using an airsoft M4 rifles for demonstration purposes. The job requires the lifting of equipment, usually no more than 50 pounds, to assist in the setup and teardown of the demonstration area.
