What You'll Do
  • Work closely with project managers to assist with project-related matters
  • Ensure all documentations is up-to-date and utilized on the field
  • Maintain electronic file management and document control
  • Work both as part of a team and independently to meet strict deadlines
  • Review field reports and compose approval or deficiency letters back to field
  • Respond to the customer, detailers, engineering emails and phone calls when assisting project manager (PM) on project specific items
  • Other duties assigned by Division Manager. This is not an all-inclusive list of duties but is a reflection of typical work performed in this position.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors
What You'll Need
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Have a strong aptitude in math
  • Previous experience in an administrative or large-scale/industrial construction project coordination role
  • Must possess work ethic and ability to be punctual
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects at once
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines and effectively under pressure
Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
