Job Description

Summary: We are seeking an Entry-Level Lean Facilitator to join our team and support continuous process improvement using lean methodology and tools.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the development of lean initiatives at various locations.


  • Support planning and execution of lean events with cross-functional teams, including report-out and follow-up.


  • Help document lean initiative results and assist process owners in developing standard work processes.


  • Participate in process mapping, value stream mapping, and identifying inefficiencies in productivity.


  • Assist in conducting periodic lean health checks and audits.


  • Help develop training materials and deliver education on lean methodologies, continuous improvement topics, and quality tools.


  • Promote teamwork and enhance relationships among group members.


  • Encourage innovative thinking to improve processes, service, efficiency, inventory, cost, and space.


  • Foster a lean culture throughout the company.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field.


  • Some experience or coursework related to lean events and methodologies is preferred.


  • Knowledge of lean business practices, change management principles, and administrative practices.


  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and supporting programs and projects.


  • Ability to develop effective work teams and motivate individuals.


  • Proficiency in computer applications and systems related to work.


  • Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.


  • Strong written communication skills
