Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning and growing company with an immediate need for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the US Marshals Service. The ideal analyst would have a natural curiosity for federal budget execution, attention to detail, and penchant for customer service on behalf of a government client. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform complex budget execution functions.
- Develop annual work plans and schedules for the execution of approved budgets, recommend funding reprogramming and adjustment to work plans to account for changes in funding levels, program changes and legislative mandates.
- Monitor the obligations and expenditure trends and/or relevant data for assigned program areas.
- Monitor, review and reconcile apportionments, commitments, obligations incurred and resulting expenditures of funds in accordance with pertinent laws and regulations.
- Maintain complex databases, registers and other accounting/tracking systems employed by the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Appropriations Law.
- Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation and production.
- Knowledge of preparing, justifying, and/or administering the budget for program areas, plans, administers and monitors expenditures to ensure cost-effective support of program and policies, assesses financial condition of an organization.
- Ability to convey complex financial information using spreadsheets, chart graphics, and narratives.
- Understanding and working knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and internal controls.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems independently.
- Detail oriented with proven ability to adapt to a dynamic organization.
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar and language.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written) with a focus on customer service and demonstrated ability to effectively interact at all levels across the organization to build successful relationships.
- Proven problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to think out of the box and generate creative solutions; ability to break a complex problem down into its component parts and arrive at the appropriate solution in a timely fashion.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; CPA and/or CGFM certifications preferred.
