SUMMARY

Stocking Associates are responsible for ensuring that all inbound inventory is placed in the proper storage area in the facility in Fletcher, NC. The shift will start at 3:30 pm and end at 12:00 pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate PIT Equipment
• Understand the operating system used in the department
• Able to read part labels and understand the information.
• Inspect parts for damage.
• Keep assigned work area clean.
• Troubleshoot for inventory errors
• Replenish supplies on assigned PIT equipment
• Assist others to complete assigned work on time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Job requires basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Must be a team player, flexible, and motivated
• Must have the initiative and discipline to work with limited supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 months experience in a similar position
• Experience with the workflow for the department.
• Experience operating PIT equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours/day)
• Able to bend at the waist
• Able to reach above shoulder level
