Job Title: Inventory Associate

If you share our values, come find your place in our global community. You will be based in our Fletcher, NC location. The shift will start at 3:30 pm and end at 12:00 pm. Your main tasks:
Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Preferred college degree. Experience with both WMS and TMS systems. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Strong communicator, self-directed, motivated, and goal-oriented. Physical Demands: Must be able to routinely lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis. Must be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs. Must be able to handle repetitive movements like pushing, pulling, bending down, and lifting of packages/totes/materials. Must be able to manually move packages from one place to another, whether it be from equipment to conveyor, from pack table to pallet, or from one side of the business to another. Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet (8-10 hours).
