This role will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining performance management processes and systems. Leveraging tools such as UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), strengths and psychological testing assessments, and role-based learning and career advancement tools, you will analyze talent trends, identify workforce needs, and contribute to a high-performing organizational culture. This role requires a strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration across departments. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and oversee performance review processes within the UKG platform.
- Ensure performance evaluations are aligned with organizational goals and support continuous employee development.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide competency models to ensure alignment between job descriptions, career roadmaps, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute career roadmaps, supporting employee growth and organizational talent needs.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to maintain a robust and future-ready workforce.
- Leverage analytics from 1:1 meetings to identify performance trends, inform coaching strategies, and enhance individual and team outcomes.
- Provide data-driven coaching to managers and employees, focusing on strengthening leadership capabilities and aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance review best practices.
- Utilize strengths and psychological testing assessments and role-based learning and career advancement tools to analyze workforce trends and identify skill gaps.
- Develop insights and actionable recommendations to address talent needs and improve retention.
- Partner with HR leadership and department heads to align performance management strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate on succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of talent.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG performance management tools.
- Generate and present reports on performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement targeted training and development programs based on performance outcomes and talent analysis.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, talent analysis, or a related HR role, preferably in the construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in UKG or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience with strengths and psychological testing assessments, and role-based learning and career advancement toolsis highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
