Position Summary:

We are looking for an outstanding project manager who is a talented communicator that delights in bringing clarity where there is ambiguity, embraces the opportunity to work with numerous colleagues on important, strategic priorities, and has a demonstrated track record of project success by motivating others and staying focused on supporting stakeholder needs. We're looking for a leader who takes accountability for project delivery and can navigate the details while keeping the big picture in focus for themselves and the team. This role spans the range of life-cycle from product interest to transactions to customer support. If you've managed complex projects in a custom manufacturing world, then you know that creating a seamless customer experience can be an interesting challenge.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects from start to finish until project acceptance using project management tools and practices.
  • Understanding the scope of the project, managing timelines/schedules and budget and on time delivery.
  • Being able to collaborate with various disciplines such as sales, applications, engineering, procurement, purchasing, finance, field service and manufacturing.
  • Drive company's objectives by successfully leading projects and fostering good relationships with our customers.
  • Support project report outs through presentations, effective project management tools such as project schedule, excel, meeting minutes and RAIL.
  • Be detail oriented and organized to be able to lead multiple projects.
  • Strong communication with stakeholders (internal and external), monitor progress, identify risks and ensure project success.
  • Process change orders, issue buyout and field service POs and work with subcontractors as needed.
  • Be able to understand internal processes and participate in continuous improvement.
  • Lead customer FATs, machine inspections and support activities onsite (field service).

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated experience successfully managing and delivering numerous projects simultaneously or large, complex projects supporting strategic initiatives
  • Meeting facilitation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with participants from all levels of the organization
  • Experience negotiating difficult expectation resets
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience proactively identifying and responding to issues with timely and effective solutions
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated track record of thinking enterprise-wide and quickly connecting activities or issues in one area to potential impacts on projects
  • Excellent time management and planning skills

Language: English

Remote: Hybrid position, 3 days in our Oshkosh, Wisconsin office per week, Hours 8:00am - 5:00pm CST M-F

Travel: Less than 10%

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
