The Director, Client Engagement Marketing is responsible for managing the enterprise marketing strategy that drives registration and participation in Bright Horizons programs to meet targeted growth goals for the enterprise client portfolio. In this role, you will build strong relationships with the client's communication team so that you influence key decisions, implement recommended engagement initiatives and drive strong growth results. You will work closely with the enterprise client relations (account leadership) team to develop innovative programs and systems that meet the needs of enterprise clients. This will include customizations for enterprise clients to make them more effective. In addition, you will then be responsible for developing the process by which all emergent best practices are successfully implemented across all other clients. The Director of Client Engagement Marketing will be responsible for supervising a small team of client engagement managers assigned to work with enterprise accounts. This is a fully remote position. Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures: The annual starting salary for this position is between $125,000 - $140,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors. This position is also eligible for a Bonus plan of 10% along with long-term incentive compensation awards. Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role receive up to: 5 days/hours of paid sick time per year, 10 days/hours of paid vacation time per year, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, and 9 paid holidays annually.
