Acara Solutions is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our client on a temp to hire opportunity that can be worked remotely
Remote position
$40/hr. payrate
Job Description:
Client is launching market-specific marketing campaigns to support the sales team based on their territory, aiming to drive key performance indicators (KPIs). As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the campaign and ensuring its successful execution. You will oversee the timely delivery of projects, manage budgets, and assess KPIs to ensure the campaign's goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the "Paint the Town Orange" marketing campaign for the sales team, ensuring it aligns with their territory-specific goals.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet KPIs.
  • Work closely with the sales team, executive teams, and marketing team to coordinate efforts and drive results.
  • Focus on project management rather than creative tasks-ensure smooth workflow, track progress, and handle any project-related issues.
  • Participate in meetings, providing strong communication and support.
  • Depending on your location, attend some field events to support campaign execution.
  • Support the management of approximately 19 projects across the U.S.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 4 yrs. experience as a Marketing Project Manager
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana is a plus.
  • Field or event marketing experience is beneficial.
  • Experience working with a sales team is preferred.
