Job Summary: General Mitchell International Airport is seeking an individual to fill the inaugural Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Coordinator position. This position will report to the Accounting Supervisor - Capital. This is a uniquely specialized position, so prior experience is not expected. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer with excellent communication, possess strong analytical skills, be advanced within excel and functions, easily adapt to changes, and is a self-starter with the ability to learn and quickly become a subject matter expert in the FAA PFC Program. The PFC Program Coordinator (PFC Coordinator) acts as the lead in coordinating the ongoing activities including but not limited to regulatory, programmatic, and financial in support of the Airport's Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) program. he coordinator will be expected to become a subject matter expert on Federal policies and procedures governing the PFC program and Airport Improvement grant (AIP) compliance procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Financial accuracy and interpretation, self-starter, strong writer, and quick learner. Hourly Pay Rate for this role is $28.89 to $44.84 ($60,091 to $93,267) per year. The ORIGINAL EXAMINATION is open to current residents of the United States. Appointee must establish residency within the confines of the State of Wisconsin or Illinois within six months of appointment and maintain such residency during incumbency. In accordance with Section 11, Rule 3 of the Civil Service Rules a non-competitive examination will be held for this position. The non-competitive examination will consist of criteria deemed appropriate by the Director of Human Resources to rank applicants on the eligible list for this position.
