About the Team: The Salesforce AI Product Marketing team is a multidisciplinary group of storytellers, technologists, and community builders that strive to make the complex simple so that our customers can clearly understand the value of AI. One way that we achieve this mission is through our Agentblazer community.

Primary Role: The primary role of the Agentblazer Community Manager is to activate our growing community of Trailblazers who are building the skills and vision to transform their companies with Agentforce. In this role you'll support the growth of this group of innovators and change-makers on the leading edge of technology, ensuring they have the resources they need to chart a course for their companies, and their careers, in the agentic AI era.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a steward of the Agentblazer brand both internally and externally

  • Develop, drive, and execute plans to support the growth of the Agentblazer community globally

  • Partner with internal teams developing content for the Agentblazer audience to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all community members

  • Ensure Agentblazers have the tools and resources they need to be evangelists of our technology at scale

  • Design experiences for Agentblazers to connect with product leaders and executives, and for product leaders and executives to get feedback from Agentblazers

  • Activate Agentblazers at events and community gatherings

  • Maintain virtual community channels and metrics that will define what Agentblazer community health looks like

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years professional experience

  • A deep curiosity for how AI will reshape the future of work

  • Technically savvy-proficiency with Salesforce or desire to be proficient

  • Passionate about being a customer advocate

  • Strong communicator and writer

  • Confident communicator and presenter

  • Customer/community support experience a plus

  • Event management experience a plus

  • A sharp eye for detail

  • A get-it-done attitude, and comfort with ambiguity

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $159,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
