Job description Join Orano - Shaping a Sustainable Future Together We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to lead and oversee scheduling activities for new plant deployment projects. This position requires extensive expertise in Primavera P6 and will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex project schedules. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex project schedules using advanced scheduling software Lead critical path analysis and create sophisticated "what if" scenarios Evaluate impacts of changes to project timelines and resource allocation Identify and ensure adherence to resource requirements (staff, materials, equipment) Lead project schedule status meetings and provide executive-level reporting Coordinate with IS on scheduling software implementation and enhancements Provide scheduling training, coaching, and leadership to project staff Develop and analyze project metrics Generate comprehensive reports and schedules for management Recommend and implement scheduling process improvements Analyze plans to identify potential delays and integration problems Our Full-Time Benefits Competitive compensation Health, Dental, and Vision insurance - with generous employer contributions 401(k) with employer matching and contribution amounts Life insurance and Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance provided by the company Generous Paid Time Off and holiday schedules Numerous Training and Development opportunities and more... Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience in similar industry. Technical Skills & Knowledge Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and equivalent project schedule software Advanced understanding of complex planning and scheduling concepts Comprehensive knowledge of nuclear plant systems and components Advanced knowledge of PC-based applications (MS Office Suite) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Deep understanding of project management methodologies Please Note: The provided salary information is a guideline.
