Description The Associate, Servicing Support is responsible for supporting the Servicing Support Departments (Titles, Payment Processing, Total Loss/Ancillary Products and Back Office) by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA's policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as being in compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per HCA's KPI's. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation. This candidate will need to be open to being cross trained and open to any of the following teams - -Titles: issuing/processing car titles -Payment Processing: processing car payments -Total Loss: process total loss documentation on a vehicle -Ancillary: cancelling GAP/Extended warranty/etc. on early payoffs/total loss/repo vehicles VPP Job Duties Managing assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion of tasks Making outbound calls to gather necessary information Calculate refunds and create corresponding refunds for customers Applying refunds and generating check requests Performing extensive data validation, and reviewing contracts - while maintaining high compliance Conduct data validation to ensure accounts are properly managed and ready to be handed off Metrics Make 15-16 outbound calls per day to process early payments or questions about payments 450 minutes of productive work daily, achieve over 85% of daily tasks QA standards by maintaining 90% accuracy on 6 individual accounts per month Additional Skills & Qualifications* Agents should have high attention to detail, be able to follow compliance and policy guidelines, Ability to make outbound phone calls and data entry. Strong problem solving skills, Excel experience. Payment processing or accounting experience preferred. Auto finance would be ideal - any kind of financial services Payment processing Total loss, processing Finance in the department Production goals, being able to self-manage themselves Mortgage experience is okay Experience Level Expert Level #PriorityCentral Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
