Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Creative Director to join our team and lead user experience and design efforts for a high-impact UI/UX Services & Drupal Implementation Support project in the federal government space. This role is critical in driving innovative, user-centered design strategies to ensure seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user experience strategy aligned with project goals.
  • Lead the design process from user research and ideation to final design delivery and post-launch enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver user-centric, high-quality solutions.
  • Manage and mentor design teams to ensure creative alignment and optimal performance.
  • Ensure all designs meet responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards.


Qualifications:



  • 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing projects in a government environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, with a focus on Drupal CMS projects.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies for complex, large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (Section 508 compliance), and usability best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
