Are you experienced in customer service or call center roles and eager to advance your career? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Pro Staff is collaborating with a company that specializes in consulting, notice, and administration services for a diverse client base, including law firms, businesses across various industries, and government agencies. We are looking for a driven individual to join our inclusive team as a Bilingual Call Center Representative in Minneapolis, MN.

Schedule | 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay | $18 per hour

Daily tasks:

Answer incoming calls regarding a class action lawsuit and follow a script to ensure high-quality interactions. Document calls in both Spanish and English, as well as send and respond to emails as needed. Additionally, the candidate should be able and willing to learn multiple projects.

Qualified candidates must be a bilingual Spanish speaker able to translate Spanish and English calls. Other requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong commitment to attendance, and the ability to comfortably answer inbound calls.
