Title: Care Manager (RN)

Duration: 03 Months (Potential to extend)

Location: Remote (Remote - FL (Broward Country HIGHLY PREFERRED)

Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

Strong Communication Skills - Strong Technical Skills (Screen Share, log into VPN, etc.)
Telephonic Care Management - outreaching to caregivers for pediatric experience (gathering updates from parents, caregivers) Understanding what care coordination is needed - understanding the total picture so that AHCA can be updated appropriately per monthly basis.

1.	As per the Plans AHCA contract the Candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years clinical pediatric experience	1.

3.	Strong Technical Skills (Screen Share, log into VPN, etc.)	3.
Education Requirement:	RN - to support FL	Education Preferred:
Software Skills Required:	Solid Computer skills Strong Technical Skills (Screen Share, log into VPN, etc.) - Working knowledge of computers and being able to follow prompts for success
