Job Purpose and Overview The Senior Director FSQA is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development, implementation, and optimization of compliance, food safety standards, quality management and audit process activities at Dawn Foods. This position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing our organization's food safety programs, ensuring compliance with all federal and local regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality standards, and overseeing internal and external audits. As a Senior Leader on the team, this role requires an elevated level of expertise, prior leadership experience, technical proficiency in food safety and compliance, quality management and audit processes. This position is responsible for the coaching, supervision, and development of several direct reports. The Sr. Director, Food Safety & Quality Assurance will provide oversight to all Corporate Quality and Plant Quality managers. Additionally, this role will provide leadership to the following functions: plant quality, supplier quality, distribution quality, customer complaints, FSQA based audits, Dawn Manufacturing, Dawn Distribution (buy/sell), and quality continuous improvement.
