The Commercial Sales Enablement Team in Sales Enablement and Operations (SE&O) supports our Enterprise field sellers and customers across North America with a range of specialized Commercial Executive and Commerce Lead roles aimed at driving revenue, providing field agility, and delivering positive customer experience. As a Post-Sales Commercial Executive on the team, you will work directly with Customers, Partners, and Account Teams to help solve problems related to active customer agreements. This opportunity will allow you to develop deep expertise through our licensing and commerce eco-system, strategize around complex scenarios and collaborate across multiple teams to develop effective solutions in a customer-centric manner.
ResponsibilitiesYou define, drive, and execute negotiation strategies and tactics on Volume Licensing (VL) post-sales cases from start to finish, including acquiring approvals from the Deal Desk and executive management, as required.You act as a subject matter expert on post-sales issues across a variety of enterprise customer scenarios and engage policy owners and other key stakeholders to develop efficiencies and improve the Empowerment Guide.You work directly with customers on behalf of Microsoft and their account teams to empathetically strive to resolve post-sales issues in a timely and high-quality manner.You engage a wide variety of stakeholders to brainstorm and resolve complex customer issues - including contacts at the local sales subsidiary, Support, GetHelp, Deal Desk, Business Groups, etc.You ensure adherence to commercial solutions policy for commercial deal execution, inclusive of regulatory laws and principles in local markets, company policies, and guidance for consistent deal making. You contribute to the licensing community and Commercial Sales Design and Execution (CSD&E) by sharing best practices and insights on how to avoid common errors. You engage as a team player who actively contributes knowledge and support to other team members and actively seeks the same, as needed. |
