Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience in Pega technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development. This role involves working on Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Security. The candidate will contribute to Pega Process Modeling Pega Process Analysis and Pega Mobility. The work model is hybrid with no travel required. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Pega applications to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Pega systems with existing IT infrastructure.
- Provide expertise in Pega Reporting to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure the security of Pega applications by implementing best practices.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces using Pega User Experience principles.
- Conduct process modeling and analysis to optimize business workflows.
- Implement Pega Mobility solutions to enhance accessibility and usability.
- Utilize Pega Express for rapid application development and deployment.
- Manage case management processes using Pega Case Management tools.
- Leverage Pega Decision Hub for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
- Demonstrate experience in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Security.
- Have a solid understanding of Pega Process Modeling Pega Process Analysis and Pega Mobility.
- Experience with Pega Express and Pega Case Management is essential.
- Knowledge of Pega Decision Hub is required.
- Experience in Order Planning and Communication is a plus.
- Familiarity with Order Management (Tech) is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Pega solutions.

Certifications Required Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) Certified Pega System Architect (CPSA) Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until January 31, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
