The Industry Solution Consultant is responsible for guiding and delivering the most creative solutions to the world's most innovative Healthcare and life Science brands. - Strong listening skills with ability to work reliably with people at all levels in an organization
- Strong attention to detail, exceptionally hands-on in all the work you're doing
- Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing
- Organized, able to handle multiple work streams at once and multi-task
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- You are a curious self-starter who is inventive and able to work on projects with minimal mentorship
- Passion for developing talent
- High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
Ideal Skills & Background
- Five years in a technical pre-sales, integrator or Healthcare digital marketing environment
- Experience with marketing or ad technology (Analytics, Testing, Personalization, Email, CDPs, AI, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms, etc...)
- Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.
- Understanding of online marketing and analysis, including some of the following skills: digital marketing, SEO, display, email, Search, Social, affiliates, and CRM
- Familiar and skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint or Keynote)
- Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support
- Solid understanding of client-side and server-side scripting technologies
- Strong verbal and writing skills (writing samples advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
