Our Company The Opportunity We are seeking a talented individual to join Adobe's Corporate FP&A team to manage company-wide expense reporting, which is critical to achieving our fiscal objectives. In this role, you will provide key expense and profitability insights that drive executive decision-making. You will be responsible for quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, ad-hoc analytics, and other financial modeling. Beyond expense management, you will have opportunities to support various strategic initiatives and projects, including M&A, Billing, RPO Forecast, and more. The successful candidate will adapt quickly to change and champion the advancement of FP&A processes, tools, and financial modeling to enhance the FP&A and overall finance function. What you'll Do
What you need to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
