The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join Adobe's Corporate FP&A team to manage company-wide expense reporting, which is critical to achieving our fiscal objectives. In this role, you will provide key expense and profitability insights that drive executive decision-making. You will be responsible for quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, ad-hoc analytics, and other financial modeling. Beyond expense management, you will have opportunities to support various strategic initiatives and projects, including M&A, Billing, RPO Forecast, and more.

The successful candidate will adapt quickly to change and champion the advancement of FP&A processes, tools, and financial modeling to enhance the FP&A and overall finance function.

What you'll Do

  • Play a key role in managing the periodic expense forecasting process, providing visibility and insights into results and trends.
  • Partner closely with the Business FP&A team to manage all financial submissions for quarterly forecasts, opportunities & risks updates, and the operating plan.
  • Collaborate with Controllership, Investor Relations, and other Corporate functions to prepare materials for month-end/quarterly activities, as well as the quarterly earnings calls.
  • Investigate and perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support the leadership team.
  • Act as an inspiring leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the next wave of the company's growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to challenge the status quo and provide recommendations.
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in large multinational companies.
  • Proficiency in finance systems and data visualization tools. Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated agility in learning and the ability to bring order to ambiguous situations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $96,100 -- $194,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
