We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in MDM Architecture and Stibo with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (T&H). The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the success of our projects by leveraging their technical expertise and domain knowledge.

Must Have

Experience with Stibo as a BA

Understand the requirements from Business Product Owner and evaluate the data collected through analysis business process surveys and workshops

Prepares accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents user interface guides and functional specification

Create quality epics and user stories for the gathered requirements

Provides advice to the Scrum team during the implementation stage of product to meet the client's business needs

Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining signoff from the appropriate client

Demonstrates working solutions to client and conduct Show and Tell sessions

Assist Business Users in UAT phase and demonstrate the implementation

Coordinating with the groups who test validate evaluate new applications and functions

A strategic partner with IT to influence the design alignment and implementation of technical standards to address appropriate business solutions

Identifies requirements for MDM PIM data governance integrity quality and audit functions including driving and developing new data governance guidelines

Prepare presentations and deliverables

Awareness and experience in MDM PIM projects

Good communication skills

Work in coordination with the team and other stakeholders

Nice to have

Industry Knowledge of RHCG Restaurant chain

Worked in Agile Methodology

The annual salary for this position is between $133,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
