SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator that is responsible for supporting the planning and administration of learning experiences. This role manages training delivery, produces reports, and ensures compliance with mandatory training requirements. The Learning & Development Coordinator provides exceptional customer experience that reflects Mortenson's values. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer company-wide learning experiences. This includes scheduling classes in the learning management system, inviting and/or registering team members, ensuring prerequisites and/or pre-work are complete, reserving event space, ordering catering, and printing instructor and participant materials.
- Generate reports on training needs, compliance, and completion rates. This includes identifying team members with outstanding/past due assignments and instructor-led training classes that need classes scheduled. Follow up with group training coordinators and instructors as necessary.
- Compile data for onboarding and learning programs and offer basic reporting analysis to identify trends and action items.
- Act as the primary learning and onboarding contact for group training coordinator and orientation champions. This includes responding questions and/or requests, escalating as needed.
- Provide learning management system support including system navigation and functionality support, resolving user log in issues and technical problems, and performing system audits for data accuracy.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team on special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration)
- Minimum two years learning and development experience preferred
- Experience coordinating meetings or training events
- Experience analyzing data
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines with high quality work
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn software quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

The base pay range for this role is $54,300 - $73,300. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
