Job DescriptionPrimary Location: Albuquerque, New MexicoFleet Maintenance Manager: CDL Required Repairs and maintains all vehicles and other battery powered, material handling equipment. Performs safety lanes for daily inspections. Monitors and oversees several maintenance facilities by performing the following duties.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May train or manage maintenance personnel/subordinates. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid Driver's License, Commercial Driver's License, Class A, Forklift Certified by company. Obtain and maintain OSHA forklift safety certification. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats. Ability to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Be able to travel 40% of time. Provide own basic hand tools. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
