The opportunity

Do you love solving difficult design problems and storytelling as a way to get people passionate about a solution? Adobe Experience Cloud is looking for a Senior Designer to help connect our user experience across our homegrown and acquired capabilities.

What you'll be working on
  • You'll be collaborating closely with cross-functional product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop tools that redefine how marketers, advertisers, analysts and more broadly experience makers work together across the industry.

  • You'll be creating sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and written specs to communicate design concepts to team members.

  • You'll be engaging with users and customers to gain a deeper understanding of their goals, validate design solutions and conduct quick rounds of usability testing, incorporating results into your design process.

What you'll bring to the team

Must-Haves:

  • A demonstrated ability working in UX design roles, building and delivering consumer and/or enterprise products

  • Strong visual design skills, prototyping skills, and research skills

  • Direct experience across a range of design approaches and methodologies, from persona development to prototyping and the many steps in between

  • A consistent track record of delivering excellent experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives

  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or similar tools

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly articulate a problem space

  • Willingness to work in a loosely defined agile and lean design environment

  • Demonstrated ability to use Design Systems in every day design work

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Direct experience building workflows to help users get through a complicated system

  • Experience developing design systems, design patterns, and/or usage guidelines

  • A background in data visualization

  • A background in information architecture

With team members located in various places, we are a diverse group of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more. Our work spans across Adobe's three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
