Compensation / Benefits

  • $28.95-$47.28, depending on previous work experience.

The Centers of Excellence provide care to patients with a variety of medical conditions in a manner which is consistent with state of the art care available in the United States. Each program is certified and nationally recognized. The Norman Regional Centers of Excellence are a team of dedicated individuals from all disciplines, who operate across departments within the health system to focus on providing leadership and direction to select service lines. We validate our excellence through Joint Commission Certifications and Accreditations from other organizations such as the American College of Cardiology, The American College of Surgeons etc.


Job Summary

  • Under the direction of the Manager of Centers of Excellence and works in collaboration with service line leadership.
  • Administers the development, operations, and management of a comprehensive quality and performance improvement program for a disease specific Center of Excellence.
  • Serves as a leader in quality and promotes its integration into the program.
  • Administers a robust performance and process improvement program.
  • Leads the multidisciplinary team(s) in order to obtain and maintain accreditation(s) and/or certification(s).
  • Develops, manages, and utilizes data and quality metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Serves as a resource, liaison, and educator to healthcare providers, physicians, and the community.
  • Manages marketing and growth development for each of the Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's in nursing or healthcare related field required, Master's preferred

Experience

  • Requires 3-5 years experience in related healthcare field.
  • Must demonstrate understanding of principles of project management, quality, performance improvement, and evidence based practice.

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure / Certification

  • Licensed or registered in nursing or allied health profession.

Other / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
