Job Summary Wolfgang Puck Catering is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated General Manager for a prestigious Corporate Dining account. This role is perfect for a bold individual ready to work hard and ensure our corporate dining and catering business kicks off flawlessly from day one. This is a Monday-to-Friday operation. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a professional team to uphold service excellence. Coordinate daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, P&L analysis, and cost control. Develop and implement strategies to optimize food quality, presentation, and service. Foster positive relationships with collaborators, customers, and team members to improve service offerings. Monitor purchasing, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets. Plan and coordinate menus in collaboration with culinary leadership. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and HACCP regulations. Supervise hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong and engaged workforce. Coordinate catering services, ensuring seamless execution for corporate and private events. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Eight to ten years of upscale food service experience, including at least six years in a management role. Proven leadership experience in personnel management, including hiring, training, and succession planning. Solid financial competence with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Expertise in food purchasing, inventory management, and menu planning. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation processes. In-depth understanding of HACCP regulations and food safety compliance. Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus. Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!
