About this opportunity Join Getinge's IT organization to lead our Quality Application Operation and IT Compliance teams. You'll manage a global team of 10 employees and consultants across Sweden, Germany, France, and the USA, with full budget responsibility for the team and quality applications portfolio. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate strategic initiatives between senior management and operational teams. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to bridge IT and Quality objectives while ensuring effective management and compliance of quality-related IT systems across all business units. The role provides an excellent opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the IT Quality Management and Compliance department and develop as a leader in a global and dynamic matrix organization. This position can be based at any of our major sites in Europe or US, to where international travel is required (ca 10-30 days per year). The position is eligible for a remote/hybrid setup.
