The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality improvement, and teaching. Our Community Physicians practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support the Community Cardiovascular services primarily in a blended setting at both our Brookfield Heart and Vascular Clinic and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital. Minimum Education Advanced Practice Nurse: Master's Degree or higher in Nursing Physician Assistant: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies
Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Wisconsin RN License Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber License Primary Care, Adult Care, Acute Care or FNP Certification AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, DEA Physician Assistant Wisconsin Physician Assistant License Certification by NCCPA AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, DEA Preferred Experience *No experience required - Cardiology rotational preferred Prior APP, RN, Cardiology or Hospital experience preferred
