Job Title: Social Worker Location: Auburn, NY 13024. Duration: Contract 12+ Months Job Mode: On-Site Pay rate: $23.90/hour on w2 without benefits Shift hours: M-F, 8am - 4pm Job Description: Candidate Staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure. Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations.
