JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Residence Life is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join the South/Pollock Area office as an Administrative Support Assistant to serve as the first point of contact, in person and via phone for the area office. This job will report to an Office Manager and assist with providing administrative support to one Associate Director, up to three Assistant Director, and up to twelve Coordinators. Education and Experience Requirments This position requiresa High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher This is an 83.3% full-time equivalency (FTE) job. Months off are mid to late May through mid to late July. Full Penn State benefits are included.
