What to Expect
Manage group of Equipment Maintenance Technicians that are responsible for equipment availability and performance. Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of electro-mechanical, robotic, pneumatic, hydraulic, ignition-controls automated equipment. Develop and maintain maintenance CMMS for production tools and equipment managing proactive, corrective, and reactive schedules, and maintenance orders. Perform supporting activities for engineering and cross-functional manufacturing including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, production line development commissioning and decommissioning and safety procedures and continuous improvements. Manage workload with a positive attitude, hands-on team player in a collaborative face-paced work environment.
This person must be able to build upon previous successes and take our Maintenance teams to the next level. He/she must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and issues that affect part quality, production efficiency, work cell ergonomics, and equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will also have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, demonstrating the ability to be an innovator and change agent.
What You'll Do
Work with employees to resolve complex equipment issues, root cause, countermeasure, and create scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce or eliminate reoccurrence
Oversee equipment upgrades, repairs, and projects, coordinating with equipment spare parts team to ensure stock and communication with contracted external vendors for purchasing and onsite support activities
Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to achieve the metric targets such as equipment availability, mean-time to repair and response, align with production goals and maintain department records, manage attendance/schedules, payroll, people manage; administrate team-growth, organizational changes, employee correction, coaching and disciplinary actions
What You'll Bring
Degree in Management, Engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent preferred background considered would involve a minimum of five years in manufacturing maintenance (Industrial, Mechatronics Equipment) and machine operations experience with progressive responsibility or equivalent experience
Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality, quantity, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work a day or night shift schedule, including weekday, weekends, and/or overtime; must be able to change schedule based on business needs given an advance notice is provided
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours/day, including over varied and uneven terrain
- Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs., including the ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs
- Frequently and repetitively, bend, lift and reach to install parts
- Stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist and crawl for extended periods of time, including up to 12 hours/day
- Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding or other high structures
- Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to:safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, arm protection, and adheringto prescribed safety rules and guidelines

Expected Compensation
$86,400 - $129,600/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
