Short Intro and About the Job

    The Associate Manager, RGM is responsible for supporting the Club, Dollar & Discount sales teams with pricing, trade optimization. The individual is passionate about delivering insights and has a solid financial and analytical acumen. This person is results-oriented who can execute a long-term strategy while simultaneously supporting ad-hoc requests. The team member will be responsible delivering data-driven insights to the business, collaborates with and listens carefully to business partners, and can incorporate business knowledge into deriving an optimized proposition. This individual is data curious, financially rigorous, and business savvy. The individual isn't afraid to ask great questions or put forward novel ideas as they seek to improve business performance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Pricing: Partner in developing pricing strategy and recommendations for the Club/Dollar/Discount Channel. Develop annual, national price package plans including promotion strategy to drive market share and profitable growth. Develop pricing guardrails to analyze new business opportunities across the channel.
    • Profitable Mix: Work with Category RGM team to develop a consumer-based, multi-year price/pack architecture under the OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel) framework.
    • Planning: Support the annual planning process through the identification and quantification of key building blocks of the plan.
    • Performance Management: Leverage tools and data to drive actionable insights based on performance in market to ensure that we are on-track to deliver our financial targets.
    Relationship Management: Own the RGM relationship with the Sales team for Club/Dollar/Discount and be a trusted business partner.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000-105,000 commensurate with experience. About You

    • Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Analytics, Economics, Business, or another related field)
    • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Sales Finance, Sales, or a related field
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant reporting tools
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, category and other teams
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
