Our highly skilled team of clinicians with Sentara Home Health Services partners with individual physicians to coordinate the multiple therapies and services each patient may require - from skilled nursing care and infusion therapy to respiratory care and medical equipment. We are Medicare-Medicaid Certified for home health and Medicare-Medicaid & Tricare hospice certified.

As aPhysical Therapist (PT)with Sentara, you evaluate and treat patients with a variety of mobility impairments. You help them every day with regaining a piece of their independence and seeing their success. This position's primary duties include transferring, ambulating, assisting with exercises, gait training, stair climbing, and balance.
