Job purpose Responsible for operations of the Distribution Center and the supervision of all Distribution Center employees. Our General Manager will lead a staff of customer care members and warehouse team members and oversees responsibilities that include several key areas of our business: Customer Service - managing a staff of Customer Care Representatives. Vendor Relations - maintaining positive relationships with customers and logistics vendors. General Operations - Inventory Control, Accounts Payable, HR, Facilities, and Warehousing.
