Bagger Operator *Shift: 2nd, (1:45pm-10:15pm)* *Pay: $18/hr.* We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Bagger Operator to join our food production team on 1st shift. This is a hands-on role that involves setting up and operating bagging machines, inspecting packaging, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Job Responsibilities: Machine Setup & Operation: Start, operate, and troubleshoot bagging equipment to ensure smooth production Product Inspection: Check bag weights, verify correct labels, and ensure proper seal and appearance Quality Control: Maintain high standards by identifying and reporting product or packaging defects Inventory Support: Label and organize packaged goods to assist with inventory tracking and storage Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean and follow sanitation procedures as needed Safety & Teamwork: Follow safety protocols and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
