Overview
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Deltek Costpoint Technical Analyst, supporting TOS II, at Arnold AFB in Tennessee. The Deltek Costpoint Technical Analyst will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for paying our diverse workforce that is supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a part of the team responsible for the effective use of the Deltek Costpoint system.

Job Duties:
* Provide Costpoint technical and functional expertise and serve as a subject matter expert for Costpoint.
* Provide expert guidance on Costpoint functionalities, specifically on the People and T&E modules.
* Using Cognos/Business Intelligence to build custom reports for supporting business processes.
* Develop and implement procedures to ensure the quality, usability, and accuracy of reports.
* Assist in the configuration and optimization of the Costpoint system to meet business needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and inquiries related to the Deltek Costpoint system.
* Support audits and compliance efforts related to Deltek Costpoint usage and data integrity.
* Technical lead for Costpoint upgrades and issue resolution. Submit Deltek support tickets and collaborate with Deltek representatives to identify and implement appropriate bug fixes, patches, and software updates.
* It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
* Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and progressive and relevant experience.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and the AEDC local area network.
* Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and compliance requirements.
* Thorough understanding of Costpoint's architecture and highly proficient with domains and modules.
* Deltek Costpoint certification(s).
* Experience with Cognos/Business Intelligence reporting.
* Experience with entity relationship diagrams, API's, SQL, PL/SQL, and ODBC's
* Experience with applications that include Oracle RDBMS/Microsoft SQL Server, Toad for Oracle, Microsoft Excel & Access, SQL Server Management Studio, and Power BI.
* Software development lifecycle methodologies including Agile, DevSecOp, and waterfall.
