Work Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL

Hybrid - in office Thursday-Friday (First 90 days will be full time in office)

Work Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm EST

Responsibilities:

The Credit Analyst is responsible for working on our Revenue Cycle Management team to manage the credit reconciliation process. In this high-volume role, this individual will leverage data sets to analyze credit information and communicate with internal and external Accounts Receivable departments.



  • Bi-weekly reporting on credit balances within the aging balances.
  • Credit balance dispositioning.
  • Accurate documentation of credit balances.
  • Create reporting packets outlining payor requirements for finance department.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams including collections, cash posting, report writers, finance, and compliance.
  • Prioritization based on priority accounts to ensure accurate and timely resolution, including adhering to department Service Level Agreements.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of RCM experience
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with ability to prioritize and analyze data
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - running reports, data manipulation as examples


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Working knowledge of Brightree system or equivalent A/R systems
  • Prior DME or healthcare systems experience

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $16.68 - $26.22. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
