The Sustainability Analyst is a critical role that supports the development of and access to sustainability programming, education and resources across all U.S. business offices and nearly 3,000 clinics worldwide. This exempt, full-time hybrid position and based out of DaVita's World Headquarters in Denver, Colorado. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Sustainability Analyst role is a program administration and resource development-focused role for the Energy & Sustainability team. This position is comprised the following core job functions: Teammate Engagement Program Facilitation, Sustainability Program Communication Support, Event Planning and Coordination, and Administrative Support. Under the supervision of the Energy & Sustainability Senior Analyst, this role oversees the deployment of teammate engagement and communication strategies. This teammate will oversee the administration of the sustainability champion program, including creating teammate-focused sustainability programming, fostering internal and external partnerships, developing of education materials, and providing resources for DaVita teammates across our global operations. The Sustainability Analyst will also play a critical role in the implementation of strategic communication plans relating to teammate engagement programming. This teammate will create content for and implement communications within channels owned by Energy & Sustainability team, as well as company-wide communication channels in partnership with DaVita's Communication Team. The Sustainability Analyst will engage in cross-functional interdepartmental relationships to support the execution of large-scale, company-wide engagement initiatives, such as "Earth Day". This teammate will also provide guidance and administrative support for implementing sustainability best practices at large DaVita gatherings. Lastly, this role will provide the Energy & Sustainability team with numerous administrative functions as needed, administrative tasks as needed, including (but not limited to) vendor onboarding and invoice payment, contract support, online application/system support, and meeting organization. Salary/ Wage Range $56,500.00-$70,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
