What we do: Air Transport International (ATI) is an experienced supplemental carrier with the ability to reach across the globe. ATI is an FAR Part 121 charter airline headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, and operates a worldwide fleet of Boeing 757 and 767 cargo and combi passenger aircraft. ATI specializes in freight forwarding, government and military contracts. ATI is a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. Purpose: The Manager of Quality Control reports to the Director of Quality Control. In the absence of the Director of Quality Control serves as his/her designee. Mgr. of Quality Control supervises and manages the Supervisor of Quality Control. In the absence of the Supervisor of Quality Control supervises Quality Control Inspection Representatives. The Mgr. of Quality Control is responsible for ensuring programs outlined in the GMM such as, Required Inspection Items, Inspection Stamp, Airworthiness Release, precision tool calibration, parts receiving inspection and Basic Empty Weight & Balance are being properly administered and policies and procedures for the programs are being adhered too. Serves as a member of the CASS and Reliability boards. Job Functions:
