The Administrative Assistant (Office Support Assistant IV) serves as the first point of contact in the Research & Graduate Programs Office, requiring strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Attention to detail is integral to the position. Duties include, but are not limited to: * Handles the office phone, greets and directs faculty, students, staff and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. * Responsible for ordering supplies, processing payments and reimbursements, tracking equipment service agreements/renewals, and reconciling monthly credit card statements. * Organizes and facilitates semester-end course evaluations for the Advanced Education residents and graduate students. * Provide occasional support to the Clinical Research Center, requiring interaction with patients. * Provides general office support to Associate Dean for Research & Graduate Programs and other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Compensation up to $18.25 per hour, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. Application Deadline
